Adams G. O'Hare

Adams G. O'Hare, 90, of Fowler, formerly of Cheraw, passed away Nov. 8, 2012 at the Fowler Healthcare Center.  He was born on May 11, 1922 to Pat & Avery Jane (Merritt) O'Hare in Watertown, South Dakota.  He married Betty Ann Mayo on June 15, 1948 in Raton, New Mexico; she preceded him in death on Feb. 24, 1992.  He served in the United States Navy during World War II and he loved to fish.

He is survived by his sons, Garvin O'Hare of Cheraw and Patrick O'Hare of Denver; grandchildren, Shawna, Brian, Bill & Janice.  Adams was preceded in death by his parents, wife and his son Leslie O'Hare.

Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.


A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel with Reverend Tom Dudley officiating.
