Agapito “Ags” Guerrero, Jr., 44 of La Junta passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at his La Junta home. He was born on September 13, 1967 in La Junta to Agapito & Teresa M. (Roybal) Guerrero, Sr.

Agapito enjoyed playing pool and played on BJ Sport Bar Dart Team. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his siblings, Mary (Gilbert Valdez) Guerrero of the La Junta home; Vicky Guerrero of the La Junta home; Della Guerrero of Pueblo; and Mike (Kim) Guerrero of Roswell, N.M.; nieces & nephews, Kelly & Josh Creech, Cade & Jake Guerrero, and Leeza & Elisa Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Agapito & Teresa M. Guerrero, Sr.

Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel with Father Charles Sena of the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lamar.
