Allen Good Mcgrath

Allen Good McGrath, 83, of La Junta, passed away on January 2, 2022, at Parkview Medical Center. He was born on August 5, 1938 in Lamar, Colorado to Paul & Mary (Good) McGrath. Allen married Amy Southward.

Allen had many jobs over the years. He loved fishing, wood working, and going to Carl Jr. to visit with his friends.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Amy of the La Junta home; children, Edith Loveland of Colorado Springs, CO, and Jeff Kiser of Colorado; grandchildren, Taylor Pottet, Taryn Pottet, Eric Kiser, Audry Pottet, Jacob Pottet, Neleya Pottet, Natalie Pottet, Ryan Wittman, Noah Wittman, Devin Harding, and Reyna Loveland; numerous nieces and nephews; and good friend Scott Wittman survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Valley Cowboy Church with Pastor Gale Allen officiating.
