Clinton Shane Dunn

September 13, 1971 — June 20, 2021

Clinton Shane Dunn, 49, of Pueblo passed away on June 20, 2021 in La Junta. He born on September 13, 1971. We all knew him as Shane. Shane proudly served this Country in the U.S. Army as a water treatment specialist. He did tours in Korea as well as Somalia during his service. He was proud of his time in the Army. He loved his dogs and loved nature. In his youth he liked exploring the Mountains of Southern Colorado. He had a love of working with turquoise and also spent time cutting seashells for jewelry in Manassa, CO. He was skilled with his hands in that way. Shane loved music and movies. He had a strong believe in Jesus Christ and through his faith and strength he was able to overcome many years of addiction and was proud of his sobriety that he was able to achieve in his last couple years of life.

Shane lived in many places throughout his life, Manassa was always home, but he lived in Rupert ID, Gering, NE, Denver, CO. He was stationed in Virginia while stateside in the service. He wanted to someday buy an RV and travel the country. His life was cut too short. He was loved and will be missed greatly.

He stands with many who have gone before him and is at peace.
