Frank Castanon, 50, passed away on October 13, 2021 at his home in Olathe, Kansas. He was born in La Junta on June 3, 1971 to Luis & Jessie (Vigil) Castanon.

He was raised in Holcomb, KS. After graduating high school he moved to Garden City, KS where he raised his children. Later in life he moved to Olathe, KS where he worked for the school district and enjoyed life with his grandkids. Frank never met a stranger, he made friends everywhere he went. He could carry a conversation with anyone. He was a family man that put his family first. He enjoyed watching sports, playing sports, bbqing, cooking, going to the lake, listening to music and just spending time with family. He will forever be missed.

He is survived by his son, Ezekiel Castanon, daughter, Mersadez Romo; brother, Mathew Trujillo and his five step-children, and grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel with Reverend James Crandall of the First Assembly of God Church officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel.
