Jennifer Sue "Ginger" Reed

Jennifer Sue “Ginger” Reed, 69, passed away on November 4, 2019 at her La Junta home. She was born in La Junta on August 15, 1950 to Bill and OlaVee Reed.

She worked at the Hickory House and McDonald’s for many years.

Ginger is survived by her brothers, Jim (Cindee) of Las Cruces, NM; Bill of Glenwood Springs, and sisters, Kathy of Colorado Springs, and Nancy of Colorado; two nieces and nephews and many wonderful cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She had many close and caring friends in La Junta, especially in the apartment complex in which she lived. The family wishes to thank all those who made her a special part of the La Junta community throughout the years.

As per Jennifer’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time.
