Joan J. Seberson

Joan Seberson, 71 of La Junta, passed away Friday, June 19, 2009 at St. Mary Corwin Hospital in Pueblo. At her request there will be no services.
She was born March 25, 1938, to Oswald & Clara (Tweeten) Hanson in Albert Lea, Minnesota. She was married to Lowell Seberson; he preceded her in death in 2001.
Joan is survived by her daughter, Lori (Terry) Burkhalter of La Junta; son, Rick Seberson of La Junta; grandchildren, Micheal Ives of Fairbanks, AK, Kaley Burkhalter of Pueblo, Karisa Burkhalter of Pueblo, Jeremy Seberson of Chandler, AZ, and Lindsey Seberson of Chandler; great-granddaughter, Cadence Seberson of Chandler; brother-in-law, Larry Seberson of Hope, Arkansas; sister-in-law, Gloria Ugland of Albert Lea; and numerous nieces and nephews survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her son, Scott Seberson. Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
