Kelly Stedman

Kelly Stedman, 74, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at his La Junta home. He was born on October 22, 1935 to Warren & Alice (White) Stedman in Summerfield, Kansas. He married Marcella White on January 16, 1957 in Wetmore, Kansas.
Kelly was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and camping. He was a barber for 40 years in Fullerton, CA.
Kelly is survived by Marcella Stedman of Woodstock, GA; daughter, Kim (Brian) Overy of Woodstock, GA; grandsons, Bryce, Brock, & Bret Overy; son, Jeff (Janelle) Stedman of La Junta; grandsons, A.J. and Patrick Stedman; son, Cory Stedman of Pomona, CA; siblings, Marion Pfrang, Jerry Stedman, Vernika Azure, Harry Stedman, K Stedman, Guy Stedman, Pearl Stedman; numerous nieces & nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents Warren & Alice Stedman; brothers & sister, Marcheta Arndt, Jimmie Stedman, D Stedman, & RJ Stedman.
Memorial service will be Thursday, February 25th at 10:00 a.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel with Pastor Paul Simon of the Upper Room Fellowship officiating.
Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
