Lawrence "Larry" Wayne Roe

Lawrence Wayne “Larry” Roe, 51, passed away Jan. 13, 2009 in Colorado Springs. A memorial service will be held January 27, 2009, at Noon at Crossroads Church in Swink with Reverend Mike Beecham officiating. Inurnment will follow at 2:00 p.m., at Fort Lyon National Cemetery.
Larry was born in La Junta on November 28, 1957, to Frederick L. Roe & Lucille Mae (Harris) Roe. He graduated from Swink High School in 1976, moved to Sacramento CA and joined the army there in 1978. He worked in cabinetry and cooking. Larry was married to LaDell Coleman and had two sons.
He is survived by his sons, Jason & Josh Roe; two granddaughters, Chloe and Gracie; sister Nina M. Rivera; bother, Keith Roe; nieces, Crystal, Sandy, Katrina, Kamille, & Vicky; and a nephew Marcus Fendley. He was preceded in death by his father Fred, mother Lucille and sister Vicky Larsen.
Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
