Loretta Jane Jacob

Loretta Jane Jacob, 74, passed away Nov. 14, 2012, at her La Junta home.  She was born on Feb. 8, 1938 in Camden, Arkansas to Carl & Mary (Williams) Haltom.  She married Charles Jacob on January 19, 1969.

Loretta graduated from Fairview High School in Camden; she then graduated from Harding College in Searcy, Arkansas.  Loretta received her masters degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.  She taught school in Amityville, NY, Mobile, AL, Monroe, LA and Rocky Ford, CO.

Loretta is survived by her husband, Charles Jacob of the La Junta home.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
