Marvin Gilbert Norris

Marvin G. Norris, 64, passed away on June 18, 2020 at his Las Animas home. He was born on May 19, 1956 in La Junta to Donald R. & Joan (Brosius) Norris.

Marvin was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Marvin loved to fish, four wheel, camp, anything classic cars, avid Denver Bronco fan and most of all, being an amazing dad and papa. Marvin was a Master Plumber and owned his own plumbing business. Though we didn’t get nearly enough time with him we are all thankful for the memories we will always remember and cherish him. May you rest in peace.

He is survived by his wife, Donna of the Las Animas home; children, Jason Norris of Las Animas; Kassy Madril of La Junta; Jessica Failing of La Junta; Donald Norris of Pueblo and April (Kyle) Anderson of Pueblo; two sisters; five grandsons and one granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Hope Norris.

As per Marvin’s request cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
