Mary Lou (Marroney) Quick, 74 of Cheraw, was called home on December 21, 2020 at Evergreen Gardens in La Junta. She was born May 6, 1946 to Georgia (Goodrich) Ellis and John Marroney in Pueblo, CO. Mary Lou married Gary Lynn Quick on July 4, 1964 in La Junta.

Mary Lou made her home in Cheraw and raised her 4 boys there. Her life was devoted to giving her family the best life that she could. She also graduated from Otero Jr. College while teaching school and raising a very active family. Later in life, her grandchildren were her greatest joy.

Mary Lou is survived by her sons; Todd (Robbie) Quick of La Junta, Scot (Pam) Quick of Lubbock, TX, Michael (Steffiny) Quick of Strasburg, CO, J.J.
