Millard T. Holland

Millard Theodore Holland, 90, of La Junta, passed away at the Arkansas Valley Regional Nursing Care Center on Friday, July 17, 2009. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Fairview Cemetery with Reverend Terilynn Russ of the La Junta United Methodist Church officiating.
He was born December 4, 1918, in Ninaview, Colorado to Otto & Myrtle (Mackey) Holland. He married Anna Garber on July 2, 1949, in La Junta, Colorado. She preceded him in death on October 22, 1996.
Millard graduated from Kim High School class of 1941 and spent a short time in the Army. Millard owned and operated Holland Appliance Service, which he opened in July of 1946. He will be greatly missed by his two friends, Andy & Earl, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
