Muriel June Stier

Muriel June Stier, 80, passed away on Oct. 23, 2019 at her Rocky Ford home. She was born on Aug. 31, 1939 in Dunbar, Pennsylvania to Charles & Frances (Lehmen) Hennen. Murial married Danny Joe Stier; he preceded her in death. Muriel served several years in the United States Navy. She retired from Mountain Bell after decades of work.

Muriel is survived by her daughter, Diana (Dave) Zenz of Rocky Ford; sister, Carol Cooke of Aurora, CO; sister-in-law, Peggy Ann Briseno of Grand Prairie, TX; four grandsons, two great-granddaughters and five great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Danny Stier, and her son, Larry S. Stier.

Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Arkansas Valley Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Swink with Pastor Ted Williams officiating.
