Phillip Guerrero

Phillip Guerrero Jr., 53, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at his La Junta home. Visitation will be Friday, March 20th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be on Friday, March 20, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. and the Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 21st at 10:00 a.m. Both services will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish with father Alphonsus Ihuoma officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in La Junta.
He was born on May 1, 1955 in La Junta, Colorado to Phillip & Florence Mary Elsie (Muniz) Guerrero, Sr.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Evelyn of the La Junta home; children, Paulino (Alice) Guerrero of Dalhart, TX, Bobbi Jo (Reymondo) Olave of Garden City, KS, Alonzo (Brittany) Guerrero of Pueblo, & Misty (John Rocha) Padilla-Guerrero of La Junta; brothers and sisters, Virginia (Steven) Diaz of Ulyesses, KS, Frances (Arnulfo) Navarrete of Liberal, KS, Roberta Soto of Artesia, NM, Jessie (Beatrice) Guerrero of Artesia, NM, Barbara (Rodolfo) Marquez of La Junta, Sophia (David) Smith of Springfield, MO, Bernie (Mike) Archuleta of La Junta, Chrissy (Joe) Saminiego of Dalhart, TX, Lorrie (Sergio) Quinones of Liberal, KS & Cynthia Guerrero of Liberal, KS; grandchildren, Caydence, Caryce, Ezekiel, Martina, Damon, Addyson, and Maddox.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Phillips & Florence Guerrero, Sr.
