Truman Lee Luttrell, 76, passed away on January 29, 2020 at his Fowler home. He was born on November 21, 1943 in Pueblo to Garland H. & Jessie F. (Holderman) Luttrell. He married Patricia Owens on August 23, 1969 at the Baptist Church in Craig, Colorado.
Truman was drafted into the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and spent his service time in Alaska.
Truman worked for the Water Works Department in Pueblo for 31 years. Prior to him working at the Water Works he was a truck driver hauling livestock and various other loads, he made several trips across the country.
He enjoyed woodworking and spending time outdoors where he enjoyed fishing and archery hunting. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia of the Fowler home; son, Shaun (Shawna) Luttrell of Olney Springs; grandchildren, Jayden and Dakota; brother, Richard (Linda) Luttrell of Phillips, NE; nephew, Christopher Luttrell and niece, Wendy South. He was preceded in death by his parents, Garland H. & Jessie F. Luttrell.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at the Blackburn – Dennis Community Center (Fowler Senior Center) located at 208 6th Street, Fowler.
