Wilma L. Myers

Wilma L. Myers, 90, of La Junta passed away on Monday, August 8, 2011 at the Arkansas Valley Regional Nursing Care Center. She was born on April 16, 1921 in Enterprise, Kansas to Edgar E. & Ethel Irene (McFerren) Anderson.

Wilma is survived by her daughters Janet (Albert) Pepper of Karvel, Colorado; Diana (Robert) Burns of Fresno, California; son Dennis (Kathy) Myers of Thornton, Colorado; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Theodore Myers; grandson Paul Myers; seven brothers & sisters.

Memorial service will be Friday, August 12, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Valley Community Church in Rocky Ford with Reverend Kurt England officiating.  There will be a private inurnment at a later date.
