Anthony Jiron
Anthony Jiron, 61, of La Junta, Colorado passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at his La Junta home. He was born Sunday, April 26, 1964 in La Junta to Jesus & Mary (DeHerrera) Jiron.
Anthony is survived by his children, Anthony Jiron, Jr., Zanthony Jiron, Destinie Trujillo, Bridgette Mejia, Danae Perez, and Ezekiel Flores-Perez; siblings, David (Vicky) Jiron; Roger (Julia) Jiron; Lorraine (Pedro) Vasquez; and half-sister, Gloria Franco; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus & Mary Jiron; and sisters, Theresa Jiron & Pauline Romero.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel in La Junta. Funeral Service will be Friday, October 31, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at The Upper Room Fellowship Church, 722 Santa Fe Ave; in La Junta, with David Jiron officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in La Junta.
