Beatrice M. Ojeda

Beatrice M. Ojeda, 93, of La Junta passed away on December 16, 2016 in Westminster, Colorado. She was born on March 26, 1923 in Primero, Colorado to Santos & Elena (Murillo) Madrigal.

She is survived by her children, Priscilla (Eugene) Chavez; Rosie (Rudy) Ordonez, Louie Ojeda, Albert Ojeda, Margaret Munoz, Jerry (Annabelle) Ojeda, Gloria (Paul) Simon, Ruth (Rodulfo) Lopez; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great, great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry Ojeda; brother, Tony Madrigal; sister, Mary Sanchez; daughter, Patricia Ojeda; son, Raymond Ojeda; grandson, Ruben Chavez; and great-grandson, Dakota Chavez.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. both services at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish in La Junta with Father Maruisc Wirkowski of Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Francis de Sales of Lamar officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel.
