Benjamin Sandoval, 61, passed away February 27, 2014 at the Pikes Peak Hospice in Colorado Springs. He was born on June 26, 1952 in La Junta to Benjamin & Maria (Chavez) Sandoval.
He is survived by his mother, Maria Zenida Sandoval; brother, Raymond Sandoval; sisters, Theresa Sandoval and Susie (Andrew) Martinez; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, god children; best friend J.D. Leal of Dallas, TX; life partner, Mary Reed; step-children, Mario, John, and Connie Licano. He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Sandoval; grandparents, Carlos & Ermalinda Sandoval; and Julia & Domingo Chavez.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Matthew Wertin officiating of the Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish.
