Carlos Raymond Rodriguez, 54, passed away on September 11, 2013 at his La Junta home. He was born on May 15, 1959 in La Junta, Colorado to Johnny & Margarita (Grajeda) Rodriguez.

Carlos graduated from La Junta High School. He left La Junta at 18 years of age and returning to La Junta in 1999; he worked in Denver for many years with Alcoa as a machinist. He will be missed dearly by his parents, siblings, nieces, nephews & friends.

He is survived by his parents, Johnny & Margarita Rodriguez of La Junta; brother, Arthur (Leslie) Rodriguez of La Junta; sisters, Victoria (Joe) Hernandez of La Junta, and Lydia Rodriguez of Denver; numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Pat Madrid, grandparents, and several aunts & uncles. 

Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Ron Skorick of the First Christian Church officiating.
