Dorothy M. Pearson

Dorothy M. Pearson, 87, passed away on June 8, 2021 at the Fowler Health Care Center. She was born on March 1, 1934 in Waynesville, Missouri to Edgar & Gertrude (Wade) McKinnon. She married Kenneth E. Pearson on September 10, 1956 in Waynesville; he preceded her in death on November 26, 2004.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Carol Tripp of Illinois; Kenny (Laurie) Pearson of Colorado; Lenny Pearson of Texas; brother, Sonny McKinnon of Missouri; sister, Louise Knapp of Missouri; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; one great, great-grandchild also survive. She was preceded in by her parents, husband, son, Larry Pearson; infant daughter, Melissa Pearson and sisters, Georgie and Helen.

As per Dorothy’s request cremation has taken place and private family service will be held at a later date.
