Edward Tweed Mitchell, III, 64, of Denver, passed away at Denver Health Medical Center on Sept. 7, 2012. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Edward & Norma (French) Mitchell on May 9, 1948.
Edward served in the United States Marine Corps in the from 1966 to 1969.
He is survived by his son Nathan.
Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at Atchley Funeral Home in Sevierville, Tenn.
Graveside service with military honors will be Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
