Elllenor Brenneman

Ellenor Brenneman, 90, of La Junta, Colorado passed away June 23, 2025 at her La Junta home. She was born May 14, 1935 in La Junta to Jon Magner & Sarah Margaret (Miller) Hjelmstad.

Ellenor is survived by her husband of 70 years, Derald Brenneman of the La Junta home; children, Brenda (LaMonte) Rothrock of McPherson, KS; and Patti (Duane) Hopkins of Parker, CO; grandchildren, Johnathan (Jaymie) Rothrock of McPherson, KS; Jordan (Michael Crouse) Rothrock of Arvada, CO; great-grandchildren, Brielle & Brekken Rothrock; and sister, Dotti (Phil) Kinsinger of Colorado Springs, CO. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her two brothers, Donny & Jon Hjelmstad.

Services will be held at Emmanuel Mennonite Church at a later date.
