Gary Leon Kaminsky

Gary L. Kaminsky, 77, of La Junta, Colorado passed away on April 21, 2026, at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. He was born on July 23, 1948, in Lamar, Colorado to Haral A. Kaminsky & Ramona M. George

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Belva of the La Junta home; children, Kayla Kaminsky of La Junta, Colorado, Brian Kaminsky (Ericka) of Commerce City, Colorado and Christopher Kaminsky of Arvada, Colorado; grandchildren, Deanna Kaminsky of Broomfield, Colorado, Sean Kaminsky of Commerce City, Colorado, MacKenna Kaminsky and D.J. Kaminsky; sister, Sandy Elkins of Amarillo, Texas; sister-in-law, Denise Knight and nieces and nephews also survive. Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Ramona and Harval Kaminsky; brothers, Ronald “Ron” Knight and Ricky Kaminsky, sister, Marty (Joe Kramer) Knight, and stillborn baby brother.

Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the First Church of Nazarene at 10:30 a.m. with Mark Callister of the First Church of Nazarene church officiating.
