Gary L. Rhodes

Gary L. Rhodes, 54, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at his La Junta home. He was born October 2, 1956 to Leland C. & Evelyn M. (Reynolds) Rhodes in La Junta, Colorado. He married Charlotte K. Pugh on December 31, 1978 in Aurora, Colorado; she preceded him in death on June 27, 2003.
He attended Swink High School and graduated with the class of 1974.  
Gary is survived by his children Tyler, Ethan, and Kaylee Rhodes all of La Junta; brother Lawrence Jay Rhodes of Swink; sister Susan (Tom) Schrock of Swink; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and sister-in-law Sheila Rhodes.
Memorial service will be Friday, September 23, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel with Pastor Kenneth West officiating.
