Jerre Lee Hall

Jerre L. Hall, 82, passed away on June 25, 2019 at his La Junta home. He was born on September 6, 1936 in Cheraw to James Edwin & Florence Gertrude (Loomis) Hall.

After serving in the United States Air Force, Jerre spent the next 45 years in the construction business, both in New Mexico and Colorado. He eventually had his own business and was noted for his quality of workmanship, honestly, and integrity.

Jerre is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marida of the La Junta home; daughter, Jerra Nardone of Prescott Valley, AZ; son, Steven Hall of Newport Beach, CA; seven grandchildren, Alexandria Hall, Leandra Nardone, Allyson Hall, Garrett Hall, Justin Nardone, Rachael Hall, and Abigale Hall; brothers, Ben Hall of La Junta and John (Betty) Hall of Lakeside, CA; and sister, Pat Wren of La Junta. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Alvin “A.J.”; brothers, Jim and Tom; and sisters, Bet and Shirley.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fairview Cemetery in La Junta with Pastor Gail Allen of the Arkansas Valley Cowboy Church officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel.
