Joe Paul Wood

Joe Paul “JP” Wood, 58 passed away on July 3, 2019 at his home in Timpas, Colorado. He was born on March 21, 1963 to Sammy & Peggy (Miller) Wood in La Junta.
He is survived by his brothers, Lloyd Wood of Cheyenne Wells, CO and David Wood of Denver; sister, Sandra (Gene) Zollars of Lamar; many nieces, nephews along with great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Steven Wood.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the La Junta City Park gazebo, by the pond.
