Pierre Aguerre

Pierre Aguerre, 87 of La Junta, passed away April 4, 2021 at Bent County Nursing Center in Las Animas after a six year battle with colon cancer.

Pierre was born on September 23, 1933 in Rocky Ford to Pete and Noeline Aguerre.

Pierre is survived by his sister, Lisette Sage; nephews, Mike (Kathy) Sage, Larry Sage; grandnephews, Tyler Aguerre (Ashlee) Sage, Lucas (Stephanie) Sage, Garrett (Liz) Sage, Stone Sage; grandniece, Elise Sage, and special friends Vicki Hutson and Dennis Hutson.

Pierre was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Noeline Aguerre, uncle, John Aguerre, and brother-in-law, George Sage.

At Pierre's request, a private family graveside service was held.
