Rosie P. Munoz, 92, of La Junta, Colorado peacefully passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026 at her La Junta home surrounded by her loving family. She was born Monday, September 4, 1933 in Swink, Colorado to Carmen & Benita (Baca) Palacio.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 22, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel in La Junta. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., both services at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish in La Junta with Father Edwin Barlizo officiating. Burial to follow at Ft. Lyon National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.
