Ruben Zubia-Quezada, 66, passed away on Sept. 6, 2023 at Parkview Medical Center. He was born to Ricardo and Eloisa (Quezada) Zubia on February 16, 1957 in Chihuahua Mexico. He was a landscaper by trade.
He is survived by his wife, Olga of the La Junta home; daughter, Jaqueline Quezada of Colorado Springs; grandchildren, Trinitee & Toby, Jr.; brothers, Eulojio, Guillermo, Ricardo, Arturo, Victor, Miquel, Hector, Arnulfo, Ancelmo and Fransisco Zubia.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish with Father Joseph Matitu officiating. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. prior to the Mass. Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 15, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel.
