Shirley E. Wise, 72 of La Junta passed away at the Arkansas Valley Regional Nursing Care Center on Monday, June 27, 2011. She was born on January 5, 1939 in La Junta, Colorado to William Cleveland & Esther P. (Moore) Sharp.
Shirley is survived by her son Derek (Amy) Wise; two sisters Wanda & Marilyn, granddaughter Briean Wise.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Douglas Thompson, brother Chuck Sharp.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at the Fairview Cemetery with Reverend Ron Skorick of the First Christian Church officiating.
