Sylvia Rose Hughes

Sylvia Rose Hughes, 73, of La Junta passed away on Thursday, April 22nd at the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center. At her request cremation has taken place and a private family and friend’s service will be held.

Sylvia was born on November 2, 1936 in La Junta, Colorado to Arthur & Thelma (Jaynes) Hughes.

Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Tammy Gasser of La Junta; sons, Donald (Cindy) Davis of Texas; Ronald Davis of Oregon; brother, Artie Ray Hughes of Denver; sister, Marie Rossell of Oregon; grandchildren, Charlyn of La Junta; Kevin of Louisiana; Crissy of Missouri. Numerous additional family members also survive. She is preceded in death by her parents.
